This program is designed to be done at your own pace. Every woman’s body and journey is different. Some women attend all the live sessions while others prefer to watch the replays.
This is practice-based work, meaning you’ll be reconnecting with your pussy through hands-on and energetic practices. Some women choose the 15 to 30 minute practices while others opt for the 5 minute micro-practices.
